His field of experience includes sales, installations, and the operational management of the business, as well as the design, development, and manufacturing of aluminum security shutters, roller blinds, and drop awnings. While Marthinus is product-focused Madeleine, his sister works behind the scenes in taking care of the finances and human resources.
