Silver Edge Quality Warranty

Silver Edge warrants that the following products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the following periods:

Aluminium Shutters INLAND: (Defined as more than 10km direct from the coast, any seafront or lagoon): 7 years COASTAL: (Defined as within 10km direct from the coast, any seafront or lagoon): 5 years Adjustable Louvre Awnings and Fixed IBR Awnings: 5 years Aluminium Security Gate: 5 years Aluminium Fixed Security Bars: 5 years Roller Blinds and Drop Awnings manufactured by Silver Edge with Silver Edge fabrics and components: 3 years Roller Blinds and awnings from other suppliers: 2 years Venetian Blinds: 2 years Vertical Blinds: 2 years

The warranty given above is subject to:

• The Silver Edge product being installed by an authorised installer.
• The Silver Edge products being used for the purpose for which they were designed.
• The Silver Edge products not being misused, altered, or repaired by an installer not authorised by the Seller.
• The Silver Edge products being regularly cleaned and maintained according to the products’ specific care instructions.
• The Silver Edge warranty excludes fair wear and tear. Colour fading is a natural process caused by sunlight and is more prominent on some products than on others. Please consult with us if you have any questions on this.
